Pohang Museum of steel Art aims to become a distinct museum of creativity and competition with high quality collections.
The museum has storages on the first underground floor and second floor for systematic preservation and management of its collections. The museum has consistently collected modern and contemporary works of steel art and technology art to establish its distinct identity as a steel art museum. The collection also extends into public spaces through the Art Way Project, constructing a more advanced art culture. In addition, the museum intends to develop art culture through collections of works by major local artists and also works by primary domestic and foreign artists.
